Losing weight because…

I hate feeling heavy and struggling to do active things
I hate feeling unattractive
Not being able to wear the types of clothes I like
Not feeling confident
Nervous to meet new people in case they judge me for my size
Legs rubbing when it’s hot and I’m wearing a dress/skirt
Feeling self-conscious in swimsuit on holiday, not being able to wear a bikini
Having to say no to invites to do something active, in case I’m not fit enough and embarrass myself
Not being able to run or swim as fast or as far as I used to. 

Feeling low on energy, tired and lethargic
